These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Kratisis software-as-a-service platform (the "Service"), operated by Kleanthis Vasiliou, an individual trading as Kratisis (the "Provider"). You are contracting with Kleanthis Vasiliou. By accessing or continuing to use the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you accept on behalf of a business you confirm you have authority to bind it.
1. The Service
Kratisis is an operational tool for hospitality venues to manage reservations, customers, tables and related workflows. Access is granted to designated staff of a subscribing venue ("Customer").
2. Accounts & responsibilities
Accounts are created with email and password. The Customer is responsible for keeping login credentials confidential, for all activity that occurs under its accounts, and for ensuring its staff comply with these Terms and applicable law.
3. Subscription plans
The Service is offered in plans (Basic, Professional, Caller Desk (Takeaway & Delivery), Premium). Plan limits and features are described in-app on the Info page and may be updated on reasonable notice. On downgrade, existing data is kept and restored if you upgrade again within 30 days.
4. Customer data
The Customer retains ownership of all data it inputs into the Service ("Customer Data"). The Provider processes Customer Data only to provide the Service, as further described in the Data Processing Agreement.
5. Acceptable use
The Customer will not (a) use the Service unlawfully or for fraud or spam, (b) infringe intellectual property, (c) interfere with security (malware, probing, scraping) or circumvent plan limits, (d) reverse-engineer, resell or sublicense the Service without written consent, or (e) send unsolicited communications to guests.
5a. Intellectual property & service level
The Provider retains all rights in the Service, its software, documentation and the Kratisis brand. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service within your plan. The Service is not guaranteed to be uninterrupted or error-free.
6. Fees & payment
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, renewal, cancellation and refund terms are set out in Paddle's Buyer Terms. Paid plans renew automatically each month or year until cancelled. See our Refund Policy.
7. Term & termination
Either party may terminate for material breach not cured within 30 days of notice. The Provider may suspend or terminate access for material breach, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. On termination, the Customer may request an export of Customer Data within 30 days; thereafter data may be deleted.
8. Warranties & liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties beyond those that cannot be excluded by law. To the maximum extent permitted, the Provider's aggregate liability under these Terms is capped at the fees paid by the Customer in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Changes to these Terms
The Provider may update these Terms; material changes will be notified in-app or by email. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. The courts of Cyprus have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections.
